All items bought online are shipped in a flat, crush proof box to keep shipping costs as low as possible. (Not only to reduce the cost to you, but to reduce potential waste.)

Items for physical stores are packaged in traditional clamshell blisters with a header card, unless otherwise requested.

All returns bought online through us are accepted if they are unbuilt, unpainted, and returned in their original, or equivalent mailers.

Cost of shipping is not refunded.

There is no restocking fee.
