Mailings go out twice a week and are via U.S.P.S. Priority mail (2-3 days inside the United States) Shipping outside the U.S. is Airmail Parcel Post.

Shortly after payment has been made (about 24hrs) you will receive an email with a tracking number, details of the transaction and a shipment date. Save this email! It tells you everything you need to know.

Exchanges are available, no refunds. This is to cut down on people not interested in buying.
